This is a 1st shift, full time position, working in a climate controlled, friendly atmosphere located in Wood Dale, IL. It requires ability to perform variety of machine shop duties like: cutting and preparing materials for machining, shipping, receiving and deliveries. prepare parts for processing and assembly of various components. An automotive interest/background is a definite plus. Desired Skills and Experience
1. Lift up to 60 lbs on a regular basis.
2. Read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
3. Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.
4. Read and use a tape measure, micrometers and other basic tools.
5. Must be willing to work in other departments as needed.
6. Must be detail, safety, and quality oriented.
7. Must be able to work quickly in an extremely fast paced environment.
8. Must be willing to work until the job is finished.
9. Must be safety conscious and hard working.
10. Must be self motivated and a quick learner.
