Front of House Manager

The Position:

We are seeking a Front of House Manager to play an integral part in the delivery of the Williams Guest Experience across Williams Headquarters, Experience Centre, Trackside and External Events as required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a best-in-class visitor/guest experience.

  • Front of house customer welcome and liaison, ensuring overall guest experience is delivered.

  • Supervision of all front of house Event & Catering Staff, including staff planning and training.

  • Management of our bar facility to include stock taking, ordering and presentation.

  • Advance planning and stock maintenance of consumables in liaison with contract Caterers.

  • Setting up of event rooms and event spaces.

  • Supervision and assisting with catering delivery.

  • Management of back of house to include equipment cleaning, working closely with front of house service delivery partner and staff.

  • Assist with the creation, implementation and maintenance of Williams Experience Centre Standards.

  • Maintain high standard of staff and department presentation, as appropriate for a showcase facility visited by potential sponsors and other VIPs.

  • Facilitating tours of the Williams Collection and Factory.

  • Assist in identifying ways to improve the department performance, including the development of our catering service, coaching of staff and working to improve service levels always.

  • Assisting in the Williams Shop when required.

  • Record and work with department performance measures for target date delivery performance and cause of any downtime or delays.

  • Maintain positive relationships with all other departments.
