Ferrari F1 Team / Wind Tunnel CFD Model Designer

In order to support our current and future developments, we are looking to appoint a qualified, experienced, as well as highly motivated CFD and Model designer engineer, within the Wind Tunnel Department of Ferrari F1 at our headquarters in Maranello. As part of the Wind Tunnel Group you will play a major role in car performance development with a strong ability to follow aerodynamic development directions and senior designers indications.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have a minimum of three years in Wind Tunnel Aerodynamics Department experience acquired working in Formula One or another relevant motorsport category. Your experience will be underpinned by an excellent university degree in Aerodynamics Engineering. Extensive knowledge of GSD, Part Design, Assembly Design, Drawing, Kinematics, as well as continuative knowledge and work (at least the last 3 years) with Catia V5. You will be part of a highly motivated and proactive group which is one of the most important department involved in car performance development. As such you will be engaged in technical discussions and cooperation across several groups, such as the Design Office, Vehicle Dynamics, Power Unit Development, Race Team. Excellent communication skill and good interpersonal attitude are a must. 

Fluency in English is a must-have, and a good level of Italian an advantage for full integration.
