F&B Pub Restaurant Supervisor

New Jersey Motorsports Park is looking for a Pub/Restaurant Supervisor for the 2020 Season.

Purpose:

To oversee all restaurant functions, directly manage bartenders, servers and hosts, ensure overall guest satisfaction and demonstrate an ability and willingness to perform all FOH operations when necessary.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service by greeting and engaging customers.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
  • Ability to handle cash, reconcile server cash-outs and balance bar drawers.
  • Make sure all customers are being served alcohol in a responsible manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the entire restaurant with the assistance of your support staff
  • Stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine and any other dry goods needed.
  • Train and supervise servers, bartenders, hostess
  • Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in creating a pleasurable and safe environment for customers and staff alike.

Education & Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED Required
  • Bartending/Hospitality school Preferred
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years bartending experience Required

Must be able to work weekends. Thursday through Sunday shifts.

This is a seasonal position March through November.
