New Jersey Motorsports Park is looking for a Pub/Restaurant Supervisor for the 2020 Season.
Purpose:
To oversee all restaurant functions, directly manage bartenders, servers and hosts, ensure overall guest satisfaction and demonstrate an ability and willingness to perform all FOH operations when necessary.
Primary Job Duties:
- Provide customer service by greeting and engaging customers.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
- Ability to handle cash, reconcile server cash-outs and balance bar drawers.
- Make sure all customers are being served alcohol in a responsible manner.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the entire restaurant with the assistance of your support staff
- Stock the bar with liquor, beer, wine and any other dry goods needed.
- Train and supervise servers, bartenders, hostess
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in creating a pleasurable and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
Education & Experience
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Bartending/Hospitality school Preferred
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Required
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience Required
Must be able to work weekends. Thursday through Sunday shifts.
This is a seasonal position March through November.
