Role overview
Brick kiln composites are a leading composite manufacturer working predominately in formula 1 and automotive sectors.
Due to on-going expansion Brick Kiln Composites is seeking experienced trimmers to join their weekend shift. The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of the company's Prepreg composite parts.
This is a weekend, working Friday to Sunday. basic hours are 6:00am to 6:30. We offer competitive rates of pay, company pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and the opportunity for overtime during peak periods.
Responsibilities:

Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components using technical drawings and build manuals.

Be able to work with minimal supervision.

Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Previous experience with engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential.

Attention to detail is essential.

Record paperwork using production software to the required standard.
