Events Support Team Leader

We have an exciting new Event Support Team Leader role within our Event Support Group.  This role will manage all aspects of the day to day activity within our Composite Event & Ancillary Support departments.

 

You will be expected to provide efficient use of resource to deliver to plans and carry the ability to overcome problems.  This will include managing the team members to ensure they are always performing at their best, along with establishing and managing all operating procedures and process standards.  A large part of this role will involve working closely with the Event Support Group Leader to understand and agree the ESG strategy, deadlines and objectives to add maximum value by improving operational effectiveness.

 

To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable leading the elements of continuous improvement initiatives throughout the departments.  This will occasionally include participating in the recruitment of staff and performance reviews.

 

As with all of our roles, we will also be looking for a candidate who has relevant experience in a similar role and is used to working in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
