Job Summary:
Assist Ticket Office personnel with transportation duties during events.
Essential Functions:
Performs any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines:
- Drive ticket sellers to their selling locations to include both ticket booths and tunnels.
- Deliver additional tickets and change to sellers as needed.
- Collect money from sellers and deliver to Ticket Operations Money Room as needed.
- Batch and close out credit card machines for sellers at the end of a shift.
- Assist Ticket Operations as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have valid drivers license and approved by the ISC legal department to drive.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Flexible schedule. Hours determined by the event schedule.
