Main tasks
- Oversee and monitor customer programs engine activities
- Coordinate engine development activities
- Be responsible of the engine specific test plan preparation and completion during tests
- Liaise with the engine design team for all topics related to engine or engine bay design
- Update the bill of material constantly
- Coordinate engine production in between project, sales, workshops and suppliers
- Follow-up of all technical and homologation related matters with FIA
- Kick-off potential new customer engine projects
- Propose engine performance improvements
- Analyze and solve potential technical and reliability issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in related fields
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the Motorsport sector
- Experience with internal combustion race engine fundamentals is essential
- Fluent English both written and spoken is mandatory
- Knowledge of Engine Management Systems and data analysis (Marelli or equivalent)
- You complete tasks with minimal guidance and work under pressure to meet deadlines
