In the role of Electronics Manufacturing Group Leader you will be responsible for the management of our team of
Electrical and Electronic Technicians on a day-to-day basis, providing leadership, training and technical support, whilst
ensuring our high manufacturing standards and requirements are met and maintained.
The successful candidate will have the responsibility for ensuring all tasks progress efficiently through the
manufacturing processes within the time scale set, communicating progress and updates as required. As a natural
problem solver, you will call upon your previous experience of Motorsport Electrical and Electronic Installations
including complex harness manufacture, sensor installations and PCB/A assembly.
Qualified in a relevant Engineering discipline and with experience of managing multiple projects, you will
demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, commitment and the ability to deliver a diverse range of components
and assemblies, all meeting the requirements of our Production Control and Trackside functions.
