You will be involved in the prototyping, production and servicing/repair of race car harnesses, electrical assemblies, sensors, and electronic units. The successful candidate is likely to have solid and demonstrable experience in the manufacture of wiring harnesses, electrical assemblies, and the associated test/support equipment in a motorsport environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of the electrical installation on the car and be required to generate the necessary production documentation and drawings. Some track support experience would be an advantage as you will be required to support test events and provide cover for the race team as necessary.
The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate their ability to follow the defined processes to manufacture parts to the required quality level within tight deadlines, be able to respond quickly to new requirements in a dynamic environment and work well as part of a team.
