Leading power sports dealership in Redondo Beach, CA. is looking for a DMV Clerk with experience in the Automobile or Power sports Industry. Preferred candidates will
- Minimum 5+ years Automobile or Motorsports industry experience, strong in DMV extremely analytical and must be a fast learner.
- Some College, prefer AA or BA Degree.
- QuickBooks and/or Light speed a big plus.
- Process all registration for vehicles to be titled and submitting all new information to the state's DMV. Knowledge of out of state DMV processing.
- Keep DMV log on Deals up to date on a daily basis.
- Process motorcycle vehicle registration renewals for all customer and company owned vehicles.
- Processing and registering warranties and extending the service contracts of vehicles.
- Electronically issue license plate and vehicle renewal tags.
- Process AP invoices and payments requests and issuing reimbursement checks.
- Require excellent communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
- Evaluating information to determine compliance.

- Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
