DMV Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a DMV Administrator with Automotive Experience to Process all DMV paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of a vehicle, ensuring timely and accurate completion and communication.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Process all Car DMV Paperwork
  • Log Car Report of Sales on a daily basis
  • Must allow a ten-day leeway before the DMV is due
  • Reconcile bundles as soon as they come in
  • Account for all the bundle credits that are posted on the schedule
  • Process all refunds as soon as the bundle is cleared
  • Submit all RDF’s in a timely manner, ensuring no ASF fees
  • Keep DMV heat sheet updated and emailed to Office Manager & Controller once per week
  • Process all Wholesales
  • Request and post all wholesales daily
  • Prepare title and request monies
  • Submit SCH 29 to Office Manager and Controller by Friday on status
  • Review all items over 30 days with Manager
  • Post & Process TRAC vehicles as they come in
  • Process DMV registration
  • Post monthly TRAC statement
  • Ensure all filings on your desk current.
  • File deals upon clearing.
  • Maintain an organized office area at all times.
  • Back up Parts & Service Deposit, when needed
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Schedules
  • 9 DMV Bundle Credits
  • 27 DMV Fees - Current
  • 31 Rental Inventory
  • 29 Wholesale receivables
  • Must review schedules one a week to ensure reconciliation and balance.

Specific experience required:

  • DMV Registration
  • CDK, AVRS, Microsoft Office
  • Avent preferred
