Position Summary
The Director of Sales and Marketing is a leadership team position that takes part in creation and execution of the 10yr target, 3yr picture, and 1yr plan.
This director level position is responsible for creation and execution of the sales and marketing plan through activities such as:
- Leading and developing 6+ direct reports
- Developing advertising relationships & agreements
- New business development and strategic relationships
- Managing co-op programs with dealers and distributors
- Creating coordinated sales and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Oversight of trade shows and events
- Brand Management
- Creation and management of budget
