Responsibilities

  • Developing a proactive ESG communications strategy with key performance metrics and goals
  • Actively track trends and developments in ESG disclosures and communicate implications, while planning and organizing ESG initiatives
  • Using advanced analytics to inform decision making, determine opportunities and identify strengths
  • Deploying a wide range of communication tactics to engage key external stakeholders and influence the narrative on ESG externally
  • Serve as resident expert and advise on Sustainability / ESG strategy, communication, and best practices
  • Innovate and commercialize a suite of industry-leading research and advisory solutions, drive marketing and business development
  • Leads workstreams, project management, tracks progress of implementation, and provides bandwidth to complete deliverables

Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 7+ years professional experience related to sustainability/corporate governance/ESG, with direct experience developing and implementing ESG reporting programs
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
