Responsibilities
- Developing a proactive ESG communications strategy with key performance metrics and goals
- Actively track trends and developments in ESG disclosures and communicate implications, while planning and organizing ESG initiatives
- Using advanced analytics to inform decision making, determine opportunities and identify strengths
- Deploying a wide range of communication tactics to engage key external stakeholders and influence the narrative on ESG externally
- Serve as resident expert and advise on Sustainability / ESG strategy, communication, and best practices
- Innovate and commercialize a suite of industry-leading research and advisory solutions, drive marketing and business development
- Leads workstreams, project management, tracks progress of implementation, and provides bandwidth to complete deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 7+ years professional experience related to sustainability/corporate governance/ESG, with direct experience developing and implementing ESG reporting programs
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple work streams at once
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
