Digital Marketing Specialist

For our Digital team we are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and optimizing the complete digital marketing activities aligned with our business and corporate communications. 
The key responsibilities include planning and execution of the digital marketing activities across three distinct business areas, being GT road-cars, Formula One and Brand extensions. Focus on digital campaigns will be relevant: this will include optimization of online, mobile, social campaigns monitoring the trafficking and troubleshooting. You will also develop and update analytical reports for different users (internally and externally), and manage and control budget investments as well as operational costs for our campaigns. 
And finally to deliver on ambitious targets across our audiences.

Desired skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this challenging role, we are looking for an professional with a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Engineering or Communications and who gained at least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing.
As a result you fully understand impact and return-on-investment analysis (owned, earned), you will have managed significant budgets as well as the relationship with specialized suppliers including agencies and technical providers. Overall you are therefore very familiar with digital marketing and sponsorships, capable to manage the full lifecycle from develop from concept to delivery and improvements. And technically, your knowledge of Eloqua or Hubspot as well as project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira) are appreciated.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic, ever changing environment, bringing a strong work ethic and integrity. 
You will be fluent in both English and Italian, and ideally with a third language spoken, having already worked on communications projects across different countries. The role is based in Maranello, Italy, with occasional travel.
