Purpose of this Position

The Digital Marketing Manager's job is to drive inbound leads for National Speed Performance Consultants in both its Wilmington and Richmond locations. This includes developing social media posts and other digital content that showcase the projects we are working on with our customers, the events we are hosting, and other exciting company news. This also includes managing digital ads on Google Adwords and Facebook platforms, driving maximum ROI in terms of low cost-per-lead and high volume of qualified leads.

How is this achieved?

  • Managing and monitoring Google Adwords and Facebook Ads performance metrics, data analysis, testing ad copy and content.
  • Posting high quality real-time content on social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), showcasing customer projects from both Wilmington and Richmond on a continuous basis.
  • Update website Projects page with current builds on a continuous basis.
  • Developing other digital content and marketing collateral, as needed.
  • Embody our culture! It starts and ends with the customer experience, and we need to showcase that in every social media post and outreach to the market.
  • Always act professionally – every touchpoint with customers must showcase and reinforce our trustworthy and confidence-inspiring brand.
