Role Purpose:
To increase and drive subscriptions across print and digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, and execute data-driven recommendations to increase subscription sales
- Utilize on and offsite channels to include email, social media, SEO/PPC and digital advertising
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities to improve conversion in online and offline sales channels.
- Responsible for meeting engagement and retention KPIs
- Working with the Technology and data teams to define and implement reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain regular reporting on campaign activity, response rates, targets, and other KPIs
- Working with the Product teams ensure customer journeys are optimized to maximise sales
- Manage relationships with third party agents, and other suppliers
- Monitor competitor activity to build a portfolio of ‘best in class’ campaigns and strategies
- Identify 3rd party technologies/tools that can be used to drive short and long-term conversion improvements
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Solid financial management and analysis skills and a demonstrable ability to manage to spend effectively.
- Data and analytics prowess and proficiency with google suite reporting
- Proven experience of managing third party suppliers effectively over long and short-term contracts.

Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in subscriptions marketing, either in publishing or a similar environment, e.g. membership organisation
- Marketing qualification (CIM/IDM)
