Digital Marketing Account Manager

Our Company is a leading provider of digital marketing services to the motorsport industry. We have found a niche in the auto racing industry with clients ranging from entry-level racers to some of the top drivers, teams, and companies in the world. Our digital marketing practice focuses on the inbound methodology, and includes a full range of digital marketing services including website design and development, content creation, social media management, email management, and SEO/SEM.

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to take charge of our client relationships over the coming months.

Responsibilities:

Account managers are deeply embedded with their client accounts. As the primary client contact, the account manager has top-line responsibility for overall client satisfaction and retention, as well as the growth of that client from a revenue perspective. They understand the overall business drivers of their clients and work closely with them to develop their overall interactive strategy ensuring that all the work we do supports the strategy. This candidate will have a vital role in ensuring overall client satisfaction and strengthening the company’s relationship with key accounts. This is a full-time position.

Job Duties:

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel with client accounts
  • Act as the primary contact, and primary customer service resource for the account
  • Specify projects from proposal to project plan
  • Support the development and delivery of customized inbound marketing strategies for retainer-based clients
  • Review project deliverables before passing to the client
  • Provide analysis and corresponding insights on all key campaign performance metrics
  • Perform routine operational reporting tasks (i.e. monthly maintenance reporting, etc.)
  • Effectively collaborate with the internal project management team to address and resolve any issues that arise
  • Manage all client ad-hoc (i.e. maintenance) work requests
  • Take initiative to suggest improvements and projects
  • Identify the appropriate times to pull-in additional internal resources to support the client
  • Strike the appropriate balance between meeting the client’s needs and the needs of the organization
