Renault F1 Team have an excellent leadership opportunity to join our team at a tremendously exciting time in our history within Formula 1. We are looking to recruit a highly talented and experienced individual to continually drive performance within our design office, working with high calibre Design Engineers to deliver new car designs on schedule and to expedite in-season developments.
Design Office Manager – The Role
This is a key position within the team, where you will be reporting to the Engineering Director. The successful candidate will work with our section heads across the design office organising resource allocations within sections with full responsibility for delivery. You will liaise with the Aero department to feed Aero releases to the appropriate resource in the Design Office whilst focussing on DO recruitment and development of our excellent team. This is a true leadership role where you will work with the team to deliver objectives, maintain metrics and drive performance.
Design Office Manager – The Person
We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience of working in a leadership role in motorsport. You will be able to ensure the delivery of high quality designs to schedule with first class people management skills.
