We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Paint Shop Consultant to join our Paint Shop Department. This role will be involved in day to day operations within the paint shop but will also learn the highly unique and skills trade of F1 paint systems.
We will be looking for the successful candidate to prepare, paint and finish F1 racing car components as well as pit gear and marketing items in a timely fashion, ensuring they are to the highest standard. This is an opportunity to join an established team where you can learn, understand and become an expert on RBR/RBT’s unique paint system and how paint is used within the business.
To be successful in this role you must have good attention to detail and hold a high ability to learn and retain new information. As with all of our roles, we will also be looking for a candidate who has relevant experience in a similar role and is used to working in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
