Deburrer

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a deburring position or transferable skills in a similar, hands on role

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Deburr, finish and polish machined components using various hand held powered tools and finishing materials.
  • Ensure components are finished to the standard expected by the customer within given deadlines.
  • Liaise with the area Team Leader and Inspection Department to manage workload and customer requirements.
  • Read and understand technical drawings to ensure components are in line with job requirements.

Various shifts are available, however the candidate should be available to train on a standard day shift throughout the first three months within the role.

Supporting many of the leading Formula One Teams as well as other industries we currently have an opening for an experienced CAM programmer to join us on a permanent basis working on the dayshift.

You will be programming offline for a variety of CNC machines using Siemens NX and Vericut in various materials, these include epoxy and polyurethane tooling boards as well as Rohacell and Carbon fibre.

Experience of both Siemens NX and working in a pattern and composite machining environment would be beneficial although this is not essential as applicants with knowledge of other CAM systems and machining environments will be considered.
