Dealer Liaison (China)

Duties / Responsibilities (Including Objectives of the role):

To deliver support and guidance to our colleagues, dealers & customers, with the primary responsibility for the China market & importer.

Initially to learn all aspects of Aftersales and dealer support across current markets. Apply these support functions to colleagues, dealers and customers.

Respond to dealer enquries, maintain backorder status, ensure all information is effectively communicated to the dealer network, chase all outstanding orders through to shipping, take ownership of all dealer issues to conclusion, escalate all unresolved concerns to line manager.

To build strong relationships with dealership staff & management, utilize outstanding communication skills to ensure that our customers are kept informed of their account status on a regular basis and informed of any changes to that status at the earliest opportunity.

Support of all Aftersales functions where language skills make for clear concise communications.

Qualifications and Experience (Essential & Desirable criteria)

  • Strong administration skills in a sales environment.
  • Good communication skills, numerical & verbal accuracy, I.T literate.
  • Can do attitude, punctual, with a focus on the detail. Willing to go the extra mile for our customers.

Other information

  • To offer support to the dealer network with all aspects of Aftersales function.
  • Occasional UK dealer visits, occasional travel to China as required.
