Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data specialists to deliver actionable insights, ML models, data pipelines, dashboards, and impactful analyses.

  • Work with the team to put the right data infrastructure, reporting, and models in place to support connected vehicle ML/AI.

  • Mentor the team to create effective analyzes and their data analysis skills.

  • Manage data analytics and insight process with data scientists and data engineers, and ML engineers.

  • Build data applications to provide real-time data analysis.

  • Create architectural standards to design a data stack for highly scalable and resilient data pipelines with streaming and batch processing.

  • Continuous research of the latest data technologies to provide new capabilities and continuously increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.

  • Understanding of statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

  • Strong leadership and team building skills.

  • 5+ years of experience in data and Analytics.

  • 3+ years of experience managing & leading Data Scientists & Data Engineers.

  • Experience in building data solutions and architecture using Azure & open-source services.

  • Knowledge in Columnar DB, Hadoop, and relational databases.

  • SQL, Python, and Spark knowledge to create aggregates from raw data sets.

  • Worked with distributed ML systems such as Spark, Dask and/or Ray.

  • Production experience in creating architecture for ML teams to build, train & scale machine learning models.
