Position Overview
Multimatic Motorsports is currently seeking to recruit a Data Engineer / Electrical person who will be responsible for the day to day management and deployment of the Data Acquisition systems. You will ensure the integration and stability of the data systems whilst also acting as the key interface with the Electrical Departments, which will be supplying parts to the highest professional standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility
As head of data and wiring you will be expected to take on the responsibility for data file management, manufacturing electrical components and looms as well as looking after sensors at the factory, at tests and during events. The successful applicant will also be required to manage the stock level and be responsible for the electrical job list. You will be an excellent team player with a good work ethic and flexible attitude to work. The role will include extensive travel, a high level of commitment and candidates must possess a strong competitive nature.
Education and Experience
You must be an experienced Data Engineer and ideally have worked within a factory team at World Championship level. The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong mechanical/technical and organisational skills; and must be computer literate to a proficient level.
