Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the facilitate data collection and consolidation
- Prioritize responsibilities while troubleshooting any gaps in data submitted from team members
- Use practical judgement to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Consolidate data from paper and electronic files into digital files or database systems
- Accurately update spreadsheets
- Verify / reconcile data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data
- Handle various daily tasks to promote a successful and organized work environment
