Duties to be Performed:
Provide production machining and assembly support for the manufacturing of cylinder heads and other products. • Plan, organize, and operate machining centers such as a seat and guide machine, valve honing stand, valve grinder, head decker, and pressure tester. • Assemble, flow test, and package heads for shipment to customers. • Maintain accurate records of work performed. • Manage supplies and equipment, including performing preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and tooling. • Assist manufacturing personnel in machining, turning, cleaning, inspecting, and assembly in a team environment. • Load parts and run CNC programs. • Interact with customers as needed. • Communicate and cooperate with management and other members of the manufacturing team to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce supply costs. • Other duties assigned as needed.
