Customer Service Specialists

Duties and Compensation:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Veloce visitors
  • Track, Pit, and Kiosk Operation
  • Run races precisely, on time and safely
  • Maintain track and Lobby cleanliness at all times
  • Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner
  • Help customers with questions and/or concerns in person and over the phone
  • Sell race packages and ring up customers for purchases
  • Coordinate and schedule races precisely and efficiently
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Lifting Required
