Full and Part Time Shifts are Available. We are looking for people who can work in our Salt Lake City location with some flexibility to work from home/remote. Opportunity through Sandy, Lehi, Orem, and South Valley are also available.
Where you’ll spend your time:
- Work with customers through phone, chat (instant message) and email.
- Type of calls may vary including
- Assisting customers find the right product for their car by advising and placing orders
- Giving employees updates on when to expect their order by providing shipping and tracking information
- Helping keep the customer happy by resolving issues or canceling orders
- Working in the various systems needed to effectively do your job
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Other duties as assigned.
You have/possess:
- 0 - 6 months related experience; one or more years of demonstrated customer service experience in a call center environment taking incoming calls over the phone preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Small/Compact performance cars knowledge a plus; intermediate to advanced mechanical knowledge preferred
- Beginning to intermediate proficiency using MS office suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to look for ways to add value beyond the customer’s immediate requests; addresses the unidentified, underlying, and long-term needs, and anticipates upcoming needs and concerns
- Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
