We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is persuasive in offering suggestions resulting in upselling to maximize profit.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Promptly assist customers in all incoming inquiries. (Either by telephone, electronically or face to face)
• Coordinate the entire order processing function, including shipping/logistics.
• Communicate with customers on order status inquiries and estimated delivery dates.
• Manage multiple assigned customer accounts
• Regular telephone calls to all customer accounts communicating campaigns/products and to seek feedback.
• Continually search for new sales opportunities that fit our manufacturing capabilities
