Competition Clutch, Inc. (CCI) in Conyers, GA is currently accepting applications for a full time Customer Service Specialist. Since 2003, CCI has been one of the fastest growing clutch manufacturers in the automotive industry worldwide. We are seeking candidates that are enthusiastic about growth and looking to be a part of an expanding team.

Responsibilities of the job:

  • Communication with automotive customers via phone and email for sales and customer support
  • Coordinate all aspects of customer accounts
  • Communication with customers via phone and email for order placement, stock check, price inquiry, and order status
  • Process orders in the company database
  • Filing, faxing, and emailing invoices to customers
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive environment
  • Ability to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Assist management in organization of company files and spreadsheets
  • Ability to exercise judgement and work independently
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have 3 to 5 years knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Basic understanding of customer service practices
  • 4 years minimum customer service experience in related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Automotive enthusiasts with a passion for motorsports highly preferred. In depth technical knowledge of cars (specifically with manual transmissions) is a major plus. Be sure to mention this in your cover letter for a faster response to your application.
