Job Description

SUMMARY

The Coordinator, Digital Platform provides coordination for the day-to-day technical operation of the digital platform (web properties and mobile), including products, applications, live video streaming, data feeds and social media integration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver and execute the technical build and manage product strategies for applications, including telemetry, gaming and fantasy products as well as other appropriate new technologies
  • Deliver and execute the technical build and manage the content delivery strategies for live video and VOD applications, including meta-tagging, syndication, and mobile video and data delivery as well as other appropriate new technologies
  • Manage execution of a crisis management plan for internal parties when issues arise on the platform and/or any of the products
  • Create and document software and/or application integrations and new feature requests
  • Manage development and execution of plans for testing new products prior to full launch
  • Contribute to the development of the day-to-day operational plan for the overall workflow of the division; responsible for maintenance and updates to the plan
  • Prepare and distribute operational materials including meeting agendas, meeting minutes, reports and other operational digital collateral
  • Maintain up-to-date department documents using department designated tools (Wiki, JIRA, etc.)
  • Log site and/or business user issues and track bugs/defects with third-party and internal development resources
  • Triage new tickets and service requests from business users
  • Assist with quality assurance testing to ensure correct online display of marketing materials and correct functionality
  • Provide project coordination for internal projects or change requests
  • Provide support outside of normal business hours when necessary
  • Travel: <5%

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required plus four (4) years related digital or e-commerce experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
