Role Overview
Fisker is looking for a dynamic Contract Manager to support the continual growth of Fisker’s global business. This position is responsible for managing, organizing, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and other specialized agreements.
Strong communication, problem-solving and team building skills are necessary to work with various technical disciplines and internal departments, including project management and the global legal team. The Candidate must show good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and manage multiple projects in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities

Provide contract negotiation and administration support for various sizes of Fisker projects, simultaneously.

Track contract completion and report results to business units, including executives.

Provide analysis identifying key terms, comparisons to Fisker standard agreements and recommend strategy to business as needed.

Develop and maintain templates, standard operating procedures for contracting processes and track associated metrics.

Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and processes impacting the legal and project management teams.

Support the legal team in preparation of training and presentations
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
The role will require an ability to enable business objectives through innovative legal advice for complex matters relating to a variety of operational growth, retail, transactional, and risk management matters. The successful candidate will:

Bachelor’s degree.

At least 3 years’ experience as a contract manager or paralegal (preferably) at an automotive OEM or supplier.

Be an independent, self-starter and take full ownership of the role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal issues to business clients, management, and legal colleagues.

Collaborative, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others

Proficient at Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Adobe
