Content Producer - Social Media

Role Purpose

Producing creative content (video, images) to engage users on our social media channels across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Do you live and breathe Social Media, have a passion for Motorsport and an eye on social and digital trends? Do you have experience working for world class social brands, maintaining editorial policies whilst also pushing the envelope with regards to engaging users?

Key brands, across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, include F1 Racing, Autosport, Motorsport.com, Motorsport Images, Motorsport.tv and across 16 markets.

You will join the world's largest sports startup, reaching over 25M Motorsport fans each month through flagship titles like F1 Racing, Motorsport.com and Autosport.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering a daily output of content; video, images and crafting social posts
- Engagement and interaction with our social followers
- Assisting with some marketing and sales obligations for social
- Team Operations: Daily operations, calendar and posting strategy
- KPIs, reporting and data.

Key Deliverables

- Native format videos for social channels

- Engaging and inspirational video content to engage
social audiences.
- Working closely with editorial teams across the
Motorsport Network.

Skills and Experience

ESSENTIAL

- At least 3 years of experience creating content for social channels, preferably within the sports industry, ideally within motorsport.
- Experienced user of Premiere Pro and experience using After Effects
- Experience using archive and B-roll to weave together edits for social.
- Experience with Photoshop
- Solid experience crafting posts and publishing on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

PREFERRED

- Content strategy in the digital sports space.
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Facebook analytics, paid advertising and FB business manager.
- Experience using social analytics and management suites.

Knowledge Required

- A deep passion and knowledge of social media
- A passion for sports, knowledge of Motorsports, and in particular F1.
- Google Analytics, native analytics tools within social channels.
- An intimate understanding of engagement, and how to extract meaningful reactions from fans on social.

Qualifications Required

- At least 3 years of experience in a sports or digital media company.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
