Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as both team lead and technician in early stages of business segment
- Lay-up composite material as per project requirements (Fiberglass & Carbon Fiber)
- Use drawings, prints, sketches, written and oral instructions to fabricate/execute/produce components
- Cut & trim components as required
- Perform additional duties related to the position as needed
Education Requirements:
- Successful completion of college level program or equivalent work experience
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years’ experience directly related to composites manufacturing
Skills Required:
- Qualified candidates should have a strong proficiency in reading engineering drawings, good math and basic computer skills, strong organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a quality driven work environment
