We have a new opportunity to be part of the Composite Trim Shop team in the role of Trim Shop Supervisor.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, proactive and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
The Successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- Possess an excellent working knowledge of Composites
- Must have previous experience in an F1 Trim Shop
- Must have leadership/Supervisor experience within a composite Trim Shop
- Must be computer literate
- Possess a thorough understanding of assemblies and technical drawings
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards working hours.
- Be available to travel as and when required to fulfil the requirements of the role in which employed.
- To be self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environment
- Ability to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve targets and deliver results within required timescales
- To communicate effectively, positively and respectfully with all colleagues
- To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
- Be results orientated and be confident in your decision-making skills
- Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues

The Key responsibilities of this role are:
- To manage and lead a team of day Shift Trimmers and Fitters
- To delegate work efficiently
- To develop and appraise staff
- To review and continuously improve processes
- To attend and proactively participate in meetings as required.
- To demonstrate a flexible and understanding approach to the department’s needs.
- To lead by example.
- To meet the requirements and demands of the busy periods.
- To work proactively, responsibly and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structure
- To maintain and develop skill levels to industry standard.
- This is a day Shift role Mon-Fri.
