Travelling with our Race Team you will be highly experienced in trimming, bonding and assembly of complex, high quality Carbon Composite components to industry standard; basic fabrication and welding skills would be advantageous. The ability to read and understand drawings and to follow and adhere to the Build Spec requirements is essential along with maintaining accurate records.
You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines, without compromising the highest industry standards, and be resourceful in successfully resolving issues. You must be able to work closely and positively with other team members and enjoy the challenge of working in a high pressured, time sensitive environment whilst always remaining calm under pressure and communicating effectively and professionally with colleagues.
You will be required to travel to all events throughout the season and must have a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
