Composite Technician - Assembly

We have two opportunities within the Composites Department as a Composite Technician – Assembly.

 

Composite Technician (Assembly) - The Role

The main responsibilities of this role will be to trim composite race car components whilst maintaining high levels of quality and output. The successful candidate will have had experience within the F1 composite trimming environment and be comfortable supporting the Senior Technician. They will liaise with key departmental stakeholders and other departments to communicate requirements clearly and effectively.

 

Composite Technician (Assembly) – The Person

Candidates will be specialists in trim and assembly and held a similar position in their career. They will be expected to maintain high levels of quality and output and work well as a team member. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure. This person will create a positive profile and be flexible in their approach to achieving targets within a fast-paced environment. They will work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail. We have two positions available: Nightshift - Monday to Thursday and Weekend Days - Saturday to Monday.
