Alpine F1 Team are seeking a Composite Technician -Trim and Assembly (Weekend Nightshift) to join our team in Enstone.
The Role:
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing parts that meet company objectives and specifications.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to provide input on design for manufacturing.
- Working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Meeting deadlines using company systems like “Work To Lists” and D365.
- Checking materials for correctness according to route operations and technical specifications.
- Recording and communicating non-conformance issues as per department procedures.
- Processing workload and releasing to the next operation promptly.
The Person:
- Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.
- Proficient in using current department technology.
- PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
- Flexible approach to work, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Adherence to good housekeeping and health & safety policies.
