Composite Technician

At Alpine Racing we have a number of exciting Technician opportunities to join our well-established Composites department. These roles are predominantly across nights and weekend shifts at our factory in Enstone, Oxfordshire.

Composite Technician – The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, these roles will be in either the laminating, trim and assembly or composites machining teams working on the parts for the F1 chassis.

Key accountabilities include:
• Produce first class parts, fit for purpose and in line with company objectives.
• Working with stakeholders to provide crucial input on design for manufacturing
• Working as part of team with a common goal
• Meeting deadlines set by event calendars and department requirements using company systems including, though not limited to, “Work To Lists” and D365.
• Process workload and release to next operation in a timely manner.

Composite Technician – The Person
The successful candidates will be specialists in either laminating, trim and assembly and composites machining. They will be expected to maintain high levels of quality and output and work well as a team member. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, alongside the ability to work under pressure.

They will create a positive profile and be flexible in their approach to achieving targets within a fast-paced environment. They will work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
