YOUR ROLE
 
Working within the Design team, the Commercial Communications Designer will be the operational design lead for all client-facing presentations and marketing collaterals for the Partnership Sales, Marketing and Strategy teams, ensuring all materials are best-inclass and aligned with Formula E’s brand guidelines. 
 
Whilst focused on support the Commercial department, you will also play a key role in developing, creating and reviewing internal presentations for wider business projects. 
 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Create new standard deck frameworks for the Partnership Sales, Marketing and Strategy teams
  • Retouch graphics and prepare mock-ups/illustrations to personalize external-facing presentations for prospects and existing clients
  • Design new slides that are on brief and on brand
  • Develop new operational processes to ensure slides and decks are effectively organized, and provide recommendations based on Commercial design knowledge
  • Collaborate with the Planning Manager and wider Formula E executives in developing unique, innovative and best-in-class go-tomarket sales materials for the Commercial team 
  • Support wider strategy internal presentations for C-Suite and other wider business projects
  • Help to foster a collaborative culture across the wider Design team, ensuring best practice work and case studies are shared across the business and with the Commercial team
  • Work with the Brand Operations Director to ensure all presentations and marketing materials are on-brand, well presented and consistent with Formula E’s style, quality and tone of voice. 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience creating bespoke marketing materials, preferably within the Commercial team of a sports or entertainment rights holder, media business or agency
  • Expert level in Keynote and PowerPoint § Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign, and an understanding of retouching
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A highly organised person who is calm under pressure
  • A natural team player, proactive and willing to help and support colleagues where necessary
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
