We are looking to recruit a CNC Programmer to join the team on a permanent basis to generate CNC programs using Hypermill CAM software.
Main Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, high-quality programs with maximum efficiency
- Program CNC milling machines using Hypermill CAM software
- Work to tight tolerances and check your own work meets the required standard
- To work on your own initiative and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Ability to identify tooling requirements and to order as necessary
Person Specification
- Fully skilled in CNC milling processes
- CNC Programmer with Hypermill programming experience
- Used to working to tight tolerances with all materials
- Able to interpret engineering drawings
- Able to use a wide variety of measuring equipment
- Fanuc and Hypermill experience essential
- Able to work under own initiative and follow requests as required
- Flexible, positive and courteous approach
