About Us
CNC milling machines are the heart of the manufacturing industry. Few people have ever seen or heard of them, and yet they produce more than $100Bn worth of components every year, serving every manufacturing vertical. CNC milling machine in action: https://youtu.be/RGSxTNjBvro

Despite this, the software that is used to control them remains in the dark ages, requiring hours to days of manual instruction by a highly skilled machinist before a component can be produced.

Full automation of CNC milling would represent one of the most disruptive innovations ever seen in manufacturing, slashing the cost of metal components by multiples globally, and it is exactly this innovation that CloudNC is developing.

We will rapidly immerse you in both the old-school and the cutting-edge of the manufacturing world, and so you should be intellectually curious and deeply interested in new technologies. You will learn to operate and have constant access to industrial CNC machinery.

Since founded in October 2015 we have raised multiple rounds of venture capital funding from some of the most respected investors in the world, and have received two government grants. Our Series A investment round of £9 Million was led by Atomico.

We are building a dynamic manufacturing company. We utilise innovative processes with 'state of the art' manufacturing techniques and machinery to deliver cost effective, superior tooling and component solutions for the metallic components industry.

We support high profile customers across a variety of sectors, including automotive, aerospace, defence, motorsport and commercial industry.

We work to engineer, manufacture, and develop the innovations that will enable us to produce the highest quality metallic components to customer requirement, whilst reducing lead times and cost.

To support our continued growth we are recruiting for CNC Operators to work on shifts within our new state of the art factory. You will be given the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of individuals on the latest machining technologies, in an environment that has been built around continuous improvement and open communication.

You will be responsible for the operating of CNC machinery, supporting our CNC machinists to ensure maximum machine utilisation.

This role will suit someone with a genuine interest in mechanical engineering, a strong attention to detail and a desire to continually learn and develop within the precision engineering industry.

You will ideally have gained some experience within the CNC industry and will be looking for the next step in your career within a company that truly values its employees.
