As part of our very busy team you will be responsible for completing tasks allocated by the Production Leads, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Director in line with planned jobs/schedules.
Titan has been on the same site between St Neots and Great Paxton for over 45 years and we specialise in precision engineering within the automotive and motorsport industry. We believe that delighting our customers is pivotal to our business and as such we provide support and advice from design to manufacture. Our working hours are 8 - 4:30 Monday to Friday with a 30 minute lunch.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor the machines in your area for run issues
- Consider improvements that can be made in your area reporting ideas up to the Production Leads
- Manage job cards in line with the planned work for that day/week
- Keep your work areas clear, clean and tidy in line with Health and Safety requirements
- Must follow all set procedures and inspection schedules
- Be proactive and keen to do more and learn how to operate multiple machines
Person Specification
- HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- GCSE grade C in English and Maths
- An excellent communicator with an approachable manner
- Essential that you can demonstrate experience in a manufacturing environment
- A strong team player with a can do attitude
- Skilled and able to think around a problem in an ‘outside the box’ way
