The companies are market leaders in manufacturing highly engineered engine components on their respected fields.
We have an immediate need for 2nd (2:30pm-10:30pm) & 3rd (10pm-6am) shift CNC Machine Operators.
Pay is negotiable based on experience. Motorcycle, Racing and Motorsports enthusiasts welcome!
The 2nd and 3rd Shift Machine Operator works as a member of the RWB team to continue the process of completion of our quality pistons. Training will be provided and may be on another shift. Machine operation background is helpful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machining equipment
- Reads / makes process sheets or set up sheets
- Use and accurately interpret mics, calipers and gages to ensure quality
- Understand tolerances from spec sheets
- Set up and operate one of the following machines/operations: mill, lathe, Pin Top, Stamp, Ream/Honer and Finish Turn (Takisawa)
- Setup fixtures, vises or workholding devices as required and aligns with assistance. Performs 1st piece approvals.
- Inspect and measure parts to maintain statistical process control charts.
- Produce quality products that exceed customer expectations on machines such as, Haas, Okuma, Brother, etc.
- Move controls to position tool and work piece in relation to each other and monitors specified feeds, speeds and depths of cut
- Wipe down machine and cleaning chips inside and out of machine every day
- Maintain an organized and work area every day.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
