Heartland Park Catering Manager 

Job description: 

As the Heartland Park catering manager, you are responsible for planning, administering, and supervising the catering operations and services at Heartland Motorsports Park. You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, monitoring food/ service quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Unlike most operations, a race track operates mostly on weekends. This means week days are used mostly for preparation and organization while weekends are spent managing and coordinating multiple caterings and/or concession stands for that weekends event(s). As the catering manager, it is your responsibility to complete your weekly preparations in a timely manor and then oversee each weekends event(s) (with some exceptions).

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college or university) in Hospitality, business, food-service, or any related field (or extensive work experience)
  • 2 or more years’ experience in hospitality, food-service, or related fields
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
