About the role:
As a Catering Assistant you will be working along side the Catering Manager, supporting with basic food preparation, cooking and provide excellent service to our employees and visitors.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Serving food and managing contactless card payment service - full training will be provided
- Support with food ordering
- Cleaning duties within the kitchen
- Ensuring Health & safety compliance is met
- Providing a friendly and polite customer service for all
About You:
We need someone who shares a passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our employees and any supplier or visitors, along with the following skills and experience:
- Previous catering experience
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
- You’ve worked as part of a team before in a fast paced environment
- You have your Food Hygiene level 1 at a minimum
Possible working hours:
Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm
Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm
These hours are a guideline, set hours to be agreed within the above pattern.
Overtime may be required depending on catering needs and paid at the relevant rate.
