We have a part-time openings for a Cashier/Host/Hostess.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

  • Be authorized to work in the United States.

Wage: Based on experience

Driving
Valid driver's license.

Job Purpose: This position is considered hourly and will be staffed only on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet our customers and assist them in understanding our Club, offerings, pricing and specials.
  • Serve as front line concierge for our members and guests
  • Process customer payments. This includes receiving correct payments, managing cash drawer, processing cash drawer and credit card transactions, and return appropriate change.
  • Apply knowledge of company products and services to assist customer with purchases. Efficiently process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.
  • Maintain our facility and cleanliness as per our standards.
  • Proper and timely answering, screening, directing and handling of phone calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and select holidays.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have good customer service skills.
  • Math and currency aptitude.
  • Work well with other members of our staff.
  • Professional and courteous to our customers.
  • Reliable (can't be late anytime).
  • Positive, outgoing attitude.
  • Prior work experience.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Prior cashier experience is desired but not a requirement.
