Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all guests in an upbeat, friendly manner…going the extra mile every time
- Project professional appearance and manner
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Communicating with guests in a friendly and effective way
- Promptly resolve any guest issues while maintaining a caring, positive attitude
- Direct and lead guests to their assigned camping area
- Candidate will be responsible for implementing Summit Motorsports Park Camping Rules & Health Codes.
