Motorsport Tickets is a specialist online motorsport experience company embarking on an exciting journey to reach out to international customers and create our own unique travel experiences. An opportunity has arisen for an Campaign Manager to join our marketing team based in London. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing campaigns, and wider marketing communications, and the direct creation of all site and email content. A broad hands-on and challenging role well suited to an ambitious self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate awareness for the Motorsport Tickets brand globally, through the creation and delivery of an integrated year-round campaign programme that is impactful, timely and results orientated that speaks to both new and existing customers
  • Own the rolling 12 month marketing communications plan, including management of third-party PR agency
  • Build out a tangible presence across the UK, The Netherlands, Germany and the US
  • Own the creation of all associated campaign elements and their timely delivery with relative internal teams in line with brand guidelines and consistent across all channels
  • Own delivery of weekly and monthly dashboard reports from which to analyse performance
  • Direct responsibility for a team of 3, across email, local market activation and communications
  • Create and deliver a customer feedback and understanding programme to drive future thinking
  • Monitor and benchmark competitor activity and keep track on competitor movement and market situation
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing functions to ensure high quality customer experience
  • Liaise with the operational accounts team to deliver associated site content, maximise site conversion & sales
  • Constantly explore, report on and recommend digital marketing innovation, applications and technologies
  • Enforce branding guidelines and policies
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to build of the wider marketing strategy

The Ideal Candidate

  • Digital Marketing Degree educated
  • 5-7 years’+ experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Ability to manage, coach and motivate a team
  • Significant experience in rebranding and creation of new brands within tech start-up environment
  • A track record of success with demonstrable experience developing class-leading digital marketing campaigns within travel or live event sectors
  • Proven ability to writing engaging and creative content to reach targeted audiences, and vary to individual channel needs
  • Success at optimising content created and repurposing across associated linked digital channels, driving content engagement, referrals, site visitors and conversions
  • Highly data-driven and a very commercial mindset
  • Excellent ability to use Google Analytics
  • Good knowledge of SEO, display, cart abandonment, retargeting, email and social media best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills with an ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent working knowledge of email tools, in particular Bronto.
  • Strong organisational, project skills with excellent team-working skills
  • A strong collaborator, able to consider issues from a breadth of perspectives and to work effectively across channels, divisions and functions
  • Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse workload and working under pressure
  • Have experience of briefing technical teams to change website architecture to improve customer journey
  • Worked in a B2C digital marketing role previously, ideally travel
