Business Operations Salesforce Administrator

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Business Operations Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about the Salesforce Platform. You will be a salesforce expert, experienced in the implementation of new additions within the platform and be able to competently teach others.

In this role you will provide support to commercial teams globally by creating and maintaining effective sales processes and reporting; introduce improved workflows and automation to drive process efficiency and monitor key performance and maximise customer-facing time for sales representatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Act as Salesforce super user for the sales teams and the wider group of users, guiding on best practice and providing training to ensure a high level of adoption on existing and new commercial processes. Maintain profiles, roles and security permissions for all users.
  • Act as project manager for Salesforce small changes and implementations; providing system and business process expertise to ensure solutions meet user requirements and adhere to best practices and providing assistance with the development and testing of solutions where appropriate.
  • Use Process Builder and workflow tools to improve and build new workflows and automation to enable users to pro-activity monitor and respond to sales data on accounts and related records
  • Work to build and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure sales teams, management, operations and other users have access to key commercial data.
  • Assist business users in maintaining uploading data to Salesforce using Data Loader tool to minimise the manual effort required to load or modify large data sets.
  • Improve external integrations with Salesforce and other departments, such as to marketing (Pardot), support and finance systems ensuring any integration impacts are understood.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (Applicants without this will be automatically rejected)
  • Strong administrative experience with minimum of 3 years working on Salesforce systems
  • Experience with Process Builder or workflows
  • Experience using Salesforce Lightning UI

Desirable:

  • Experience on Microsoft Excel advanced features such as pivot tables, condition formatting etc
  • Experience with configuring Salesforce CPQ or other similar quoting tools
  • Experience with configuring Pardot or other similar marketing automation solution
